SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Essence Apothecary.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact your via e-mail or telephone.

Return Policy
Received the wrong item? Was the product you received damaged?
Please send an e-mail to EssenceApothecary@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please include in your e-mail if you would like replacement item or a refund. Damaged item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days for re-issuance of the correct and/or new product or refund.
